An eight-week series focused on how to lead Black, Indigenous, and People of Color Affinity Groups co-led by Michelle C. Johnson & Stephanie Ghoston Paul!

Meeting in racial affinity groups is a common practice in anti-racist, social justice, diversity, and similar forms of educational endeavors. These groups provide a structured space where participants can explore how racism personally and systemically impacts them, process specific experiences of racism, receive validation and support from their peers, heal, and strategize next steps for challenging racism, white supremacy, and internalized racial oppression.

In Q4's upcoming Boundaries Play Group, we're exploring setting boundaries with the person who violates them the most...YOU!

Ouch, I know it hurts...and it's true. We often violate our own boundaries before we even give others a chance to. So this one's for you especially if you are a healer, peacemaker, problem-solver or bleeding heart.

As we play together, we will uncover:
-How to honor your magic by setting boundaries with yourself
-What accountability with yourself looks like
-How to have grace with yourself

Round three of the beta "Boundaries Play Group" is here! This playgroup will help you to define what boundaries are, and how to set them, step-by-step. Together we'll be (un)learning and supporting each other as we continue to play with our boundaries tools toys.
