You’re an advocate for change. We’re an advocate for you.
We’re about one thing. Helping you embrace your enoughness so that you can step into your full humanity, embody your joy, and get rooted in your own liberation.
We’re about one thing. Helping you embrace your enoughness so that you can step into your full humanity, embody your joy, and get rooted in your own liberation.
Living within our freedom has always been packaged as a gift in the future we’d never be able to open. But we call bullshit. As movement makers, we believe you have the right to step into that freedom NOW because it’s impossible to fight for a freedom you already disqualify yourself from embodying.
We want to help you heal from the scarcity routine you’re stuck in that leaves no time or space for your needs and desires. We want to help you fully realize your wildest dreams so that you can tap into your power and learn how to use them to show up for your community and radically transform how you show up for yourself.
We want to help you step into your role wholly as a living ancestor.
Healing, unlearning, and transforming from generations of stifled freedom and discovering your true desires is not exactly filled with the fun and excitement of a Sunday cookout. This work is hard and messy and may leave you feeling #shook. But through various services, you can trust that you won’t have to do any of it alone.
Friend, let me say that although I may not have grown up alongside you, I feel like I know so much about you. I know how our culture and community have shaped you to put yourself on the back burner. To settle for burnout in the pursuit of a world free from suffering. I know because, for so long, that was me.
As a paper-pushing lawyer that found herself unfulfilled and yearning for more, I knew that what I was working toward was not the life I wanted. And it wasn’t until someone walked me through discovering my true purpose that I came to life. I began going to conferences and immersed myself in coaching and my communities of practice.
I began helping people find out and lean into their purpose because that process was familiar to me. I committed to living intentionally and actively sought the things that made me come alive. And the rest, as they say, was history.
Today, as a speaker, coach, and consultant, I help movement makers find their true purpose and teach practices that help them embody their joy while operating as their freest selves. Yes, even as they’re changing the world.
Living as your freest self is the art of making the world a better place by living, breathing, and operating from within your zone of genius. Here at Cultivated Sense, our team is comprised of movement makers who are dedicated to that. We stay in our lanes, mind our business, and do what we’re good at, which is supporting you.
